2. 8. Interested parties agree to guarantee that: I know that I must communicate with my family, obtain their understanding and support, and agree to accept all the terms and conditions, and this agreement shall be equally valid to my heir, close relatives, executor, administrator, personal representative and transfer or shall bear the consequences.

I hereby declare that I have read and understood the above statements and all the terms; I understand the risks associated with attending this team training activity; I agree to assume all liabilities that may attach to the selection and participation in this team training activity; and the legal requirements for any damage arising from or associated with the participation in this team training activity (including the legal requirements of third parties).I will always be exempted from the compensation and legal liability of the initiator, organizers and team members, registered or non-registered organization, except that the perpetrator is intentionally or specifically provided for in this Agreement.
